The TensionTek  high capacity cable tension meter has been based on the Dillon quick check which has been modified to accept larger diameter cable while still maintaining its accuracy. The TTXL quickly measures cable tension in flare stacks, utility lines, guy wires, zip lines cables.  The TTXL is a simple and easy to use tension  meter that will give you ac-curate readings within seconds. Simply select the correct wire from a drop down list and then clamp unit onto wire and take reading. All readings can then be stored on the device for data export should this be needed. There are no complex lookup tables or conversion charts. The operator can quickly select from 20 different wire sizes and types stored in TTXL memory. The Check-Tension mode graphically displays the current and target tensions for extremely quick setting of line tension.
