EDXtreme Dynamometer Compliance Data 

ASME B30.26
Dillon’s EDXtreme dynamometers are compliant to all requirements of ASME B30.26 – 2010, except for shackle pin identification requirements

This applies for the following capacities:
EDX 1T(2500lb), 2T(5000lb), 5T(10,000lb), 10T(25,000lb), 25T(55,000lb), & 50T(100,000lb). – Capacities 75T(150,000lb) and above, call for compliance information

Additional Design Specification Information 

• In the event that a customer would request/require the Load Indicating Device to be Proof Tested to 2X rated capacity.
• This must be specified at the time of the quote and there will be a charge from Dillon for this service.
•  In the event that a customer would request/require the Shackle Pin to be Proof Tested to 2X rated capacity.
• This must be specified at the time of the quote and there will be a charge from Dillon for this service.

Rockwell Hardness  

• Design drawings state the Load Indicating Device has a Rockwell hardness of Rc = 36 – 40 on the steel versions 10T and above.
• Design drawings state the Shackle Pin on capacities of 5T and lower have Rockwell hardness of RC = 47-50
• All other specifications requirements must be submitted for review and proper quoting
