The compact and efficient Dillon Snapshot tensile test machine is accurate and responsive. It’s a low cost alternative to larger machines that can be overkill for a small operation. Force measurement is the primary function of the Dillon Snapshot series, but it can be used for process control and quality control as well. It features headroom up to 13 inches, crosshead speed range of .5-19.7 in/min., auto travel reverse on alarm point or sample break, pre-setable upper and lower travel limits, clear indication and CE marking.
High Capacity Tension Monitoring
The DTM System II provides 12,000 lb capacity motorized tensile testing. It can carry 12 different interchangeable loadcells for versatility, and can be ordered to custom size specifications. Motorization in the DTM System II cuts time for repetitive tensile testing. Electronic components are centralized in the E-drawer for easy access, and simple controls offer great control.
