Low Capacity Force Gauge
Low capacity tensile test equipment from Dillon is preferred by many of our customers with smaller industrial operations. The Snapshot II tensile testing system is accurate and responsive. Force measurement is the primary function of the Dillon Snapshot series, but it can be used for process control and quality control as well. It features headroom up to 13 inches, crosshead speed range of .5-19.7 in/min, auto travel reverse on alarm point or sample break, pre-setable upper and lower travel limits, clear indication and CE marking.
High Capacity Gauge
For larger scale tensile test equipment applications, Data Weighing Systems stocks the Dillon DTM System II. The DTM System II provides 12,000-pound capacity motorized high capacity tensile testing. It can carry 12 different interchangeable loadcells for versatility, and can be ordered to custom size specifications. Motorization in the DTM System II cuts time, electronic components are centralized in the E-drawer for easy access, and simple controls offer great control.
