At Data Weighing Systems, we offer a wide selection of moisture analyzers. These products are commonly used to determine the moisture content in foods, chemicals, plastics and biological material. Two of our top models are the Sartorius MA45 and the AnD MF/MX.
Sartorius MA45 Moisture Analyzer
Even quartz heating technology on the Sartorius MA45 guarantees optimal moisture analysis. Circular halogen heating elements can scorch samples, and quartz heaters with disproportionate design have ruined testing in the past. The Sartorius MA45 Moisture Analyzer is different; it features the CQR radiator to evenly heat the entire sample. Fast as a halogen heater, the Coiled Quartz Radiator system shortens analysis times and provides accurate results with excellent repeatability.
The Sartorius MA45 Moisture Analyzer with CQR technology also offers fully automatic drying until constant weight is reached, as well as a semi-automatic, user-definable shutoff. Print-out and GLP-compliant log functions are available for logging. The Sartorius MA45 is compact, easy to clean and features a manual flip-up cover to allow for easy access to the chamber. The MA50 and MA100 Moisture Analyzer models include infrared dryers, utilizing a pace setting design that achieves measuring accuracy beyond traditional infrared systems. Extensive integrated software boost flexibility and MA50 and MA100 log all measurements and calibration and adjustment runs to comply with GLP/GMP standards.
AnD MF/MX Moisture Analyzer
The AnD MF/MX available from Data Weighing Systems uses a super hybrid sensor to ultra-accurately measure moisture content. Superb results are achievable even with small weighing samples. The AnD MF/MX Moisture Analyzer also feature flexible software option, temperature setting, accuracy checking feature and heater temperature calibration for a comprehensive and easy to use functionality.
