Topoint Cou2000 SMD Reel Counter
This motorized reel counter counts reels in less than 2 minutes. Simply thread the tape through the counter, attach to an empty reel and press start. Options include barcode printer, scanner and missing part detection.
Features
We found this to be an exceptional reel counter for SMD parts. The angled spools allow you to mount a reel without the need for any thumbscrews or removable parts. Simply thread the tape through the counter, attach to an empty reel and press start.
- One operator can operate two units for Physical Inventory or Cycle Counts
- Digital preset allows user to key in a predefined count and the will stop and alert the operator
- High accuracy, error free: It can also count the parts with the reversed direction and can double-check and conduct pre-set counting.
- Unique design prevents the tape from dropping, which minimizes the damage to the tape.
- Optional Pocket-Check feature allows the detection of missing SMD components, stopping the counter and altering the operator.
- Optional printer and scanner will print the count, time and date along with the part identification.
