Sartorius EB-X
Floor or bench, no one else combines value with accurate performance like the Sartorius EB-X series scales. Costing far less than typical hazardous area scales, EB-X will quickly become the everyday production work horse. By using the post mounted display and sealed indicator damaging spills are a rare occurance and can easily be cleaned if they do happen. Toggle quickly between multiple weighing systems and track gross/net values along the way. Transmit data to the safe area using the optional zenier barrier, or calculate data directly on the scale display using the nine built-in application programs.

Why “Intrinsically” Safe?
All Sartorius Ex scales are manufactured to intrinsically safe standards.This simply means scales are incapable of releasing sufficient energy to ignite explosive material in the environment. Intrinsically safe devices are extremely easy to install requiring no special rooms, housing or even a rigid conduit for AC power connection. In addition, there is no disruption to the workflow and costly construction projects can be averted.
