WinCT Moisture Software
A&D’s exclusive, patent-pending software displays a real-time graph of moisture
content rate change during testing. (Standard for MX, optional for MF)
Optional Temperature Setting (OTS)
OTS allows user to determine the perfect time and temperature settings in
30 minutes.
Standard Sodium Tartrate Dihydrate for Accuracy Checking
Sodium Tartrate Dihydrate, a chemical material that has a stable moisture
content of 15.66% is ideal for checking analyzer accuracy and maintaining
test reference values.
Heater Temperature Calibration
With the optional temperature calibrator, user can easily ensure that samples
are consistently heated with accurate temperatures. (MX-50 only)
Memory for Test Parameters & Results
Recorded by sample, the MX-50 can store and recall up to 20 suitable measurement
conditions (MF stores 10 sets), saving time and minimizing mistakes.
The MX can store up to 100 data measurement results (MF stores 50).
Four Measurement Programs
Four choices of measurement programs are provided:
• Standard Mode: Just measurement accuracy; only a HI, MID, or LO value
needs to be set.
• Automatic Complete Mode: Ends measurement when moisture content
changes less than a pre-set rate.
• Timer Mode: Produce measurement results for a set duration of time
(1˜60 minutes: by 1 minute, 60˜480 minutes: by 5 minutes).
• Manual Mode: Press STOP button to end measurement (max. heating
time: 480 minutes).
Clear, Large VFD Display
Easy-to-read display provides comprehensive results of measurement,
setting value, change in moisture content, action status, data number, and
other important information.
Easy Sample Handling
Ergonomically designed pan handle eliminates mishaps such as burns when
moving a hot sample tray into or out of the unit from either side. Wing handle
allows easy opening and closing of the heater cover.
